The 25th Amendment gives special powers to Congress to remove the sitting President from office if they can prove the commander-in-chief is unable to perform the duties of office.
This came after the House speaker slammed President Trump for stating he was a “perfect specimen” amid his recovery from the coronavirus.
The President returned to the White House on Monday following a brief hospitalization last weekend. Despite his diagnosis, he worked from the hospital and continues to perform his duties from the White House since his discharge.
